Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Your products will usually be delivered by Fed ex on a next working day basis. The only exception is the whole of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Islands of Scotland and part of the mainland Highlands of Scotland from a diagonal line North of Aberdeen to the North of Glasgow. In these instances we use Royal mail on a 3 day delivery service.
If your product is to be delivered by Fed ex it is on a next working day delivery the only exception is that we do not send orders out on Fridays because we do not like the products to lie idle in the hub stores where they run the risk of getting damaged. Orders received after 12 noon on Thursdays will be sent out on a Monday for a Tuesday delivery.

We try to use the minimum of packaging needed to get the product securely to you which satisfies the carriers, please try to recycle or re use the packaging.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We will charge a one-off postage of £7.95 (England and Wales) and £12.95 (Scotland and Northern Ireland), no matter how much you purchase, this is sent to one address so it will benefit families and friends to get together an order and send to one address.

We are a family business and appreciate our customer’s loyalty, remember we at Garden Wizard also purchase products for our family usage's and we are infuriated by companies who give all sorts of concessions to new customers. We will give all our concessions to our existing regular customers.
Customs, Duties, Charges and Taxes
The Garden Wizard is not responsible for any customs, charges and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
The Garden Wizard is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship to The Republic of Ireland or the Continent due to weight restrictions and delivery costs.
