Returns Information

We want you to be delighted with the products you buy from the Garden Wizard but, if you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days.

 

We accept all returns requested within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. In such cases, we just ask that the item is returned in its original, unused condition. If the goods are returned to us safely in their original, unused condition, we will offer you a refund on your order (excluding any original delivery charges).

 

The cost of returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.

You’ll just need the receipt, order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, you then have 14 days in which to return the items to us. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate.
